A few items of interest after this evening’s board meeting:
- The AE Playground budget request has been included in the Board’s proposal for a vote at the annual homeowners meeting. Anyone interested in seeing the AE Playground budget request should click on the “Budget” tab above for details.
- Two additional AE residents/parents have expressed an interest in helping out. This is great news – thanks Rob and Stephanie!
- There was some concern expressed regarding the proposal to install a pedestal mounted grill in
the playground area, specifically with regard to cleanup and disposal of hot coals. I’ve got some homework to do as far as addressing that concern, but the concept is not unprecedented and there seems to be a fairly standard set of policies at public parks that provide pedestal grills for it’s users.
